Dealer Profitability Review


It is often the case that whilst times are good, controls and procedures do not attract sufficient management focus, so that in leaner periods profit leakage is evident. At Trevor Jones we are able to provide a dealer profitability review where-by we will look at the dealership from an external perspective and highlight areas where there are potential profit leaks that, if controlled, will enable the dealership to be in the best possible position to weather any storm.

This is possible because of our industry focus and the fact that we act as auditors for over 200 dealerships and provide business management services to 23 franchises throughout the UK and Europe. Our professionals are therefore able to help spot areas of weakness and implement controls to ensure the dealership is running at its optimum level.

In our review we would look to each department in turn and review the results against key industry yardsticks and our knowledge of the market. If there is a specific department already highlighted as causing the dealership an issue, we can do individual departmental reviews on request.
