Internal Audit Services For Finance Companies
 To achieve the specific internal audit needs and objectives of a finance company, we will allocate resource to work along side finance company personnel to develop a risk-based plan consistent with the finance company’s goals. During this process, key areas of concern will be highlighted where we will dedicate additional resource. We will also seek to identify profit and cash leaks, both actual and potential, which would enable the dealer to earn extra revenue or save unnecessary cost.
Historically we have found that the key focus for a finance company is the reliability and integrity of financial and operational information and hence we have developed a specific internal audit approach which would be followed by each dealer, concentrating on these areas. |
