Line Manager Performance Clubs


The Line Manager Performance Club programme has been rolled out to the majority of franchises with whom we operate and has met with very positive feedback. These meetings take the composite information for a group of dealers and compare their departmental performance against each other and industry averages. The line managers share ideas and horror stories between themselves to enable each one of them to improve departmental profitability. As the meetings consist of managers from disparate areas of the UK and Ireland there are no issues of directly competing managers using the same ideas.

The key to the meetings is the provision of practical advice based on industry best practices, which enables line managers to quickly improve performance and profit and hence the name ‘Profit Clinic’ has been used for the meetings. Line managers find true benefit in attending these ‘clinics’.

Typically the same group of managers would meet bi-annually in a hotel away from the distractions of their dealerships. The meetings last for about 6 hours, including lunch and the locations will vary around the country.
