Operational Standards Audits
Trevor Jones can undertake Operational Standards Audits for both Groups and Manufactures. These are different from Internal Audits as they concentrate primarily on manufacture imposed standards and not Group financial controls. One of the main reasons for performing such reviews is to ensure that in a climate of tightening margins, you optimise the manufacturer standards bonus claim and deliver premium service to your customers.
Our current clients require us to visit each site twice per year to score the site in key operational areas, which impact the manufacturers standards. We use the ASE composite software to report the scores online, with averages and benchmarks analysed by region and brand. The information is tailored for the Dealer Principal and Head Office personnel to review the detail, whilst the rest of your group are able to see the averages.
