 Finding the right people for the right job is an expensive and time consuming exercise. The costs of employing the wrong person are even greater. This is why Trevor Jones offers a recruitment service for all roles within a dealership, from salesman to accountant.
Using 30 years knowledge and a network of contacts, we are able to help you find the best person for the job. Typically we would be contacted by a dealer wanting a new car salesman. We would then advertise on their behalf in the local area and be the contact point for applicants.
All applications would then be reviewed and any suitable candidates would be invited to interview at a local hotel where the top 3 would be presented to the dealer principal. The final decision would be yours but the painstaking process of sifting though applications to find suitable candidates would be removed. If all of those candidates are unsuccessful then we will continue the process until a suitable candidate can be found.
Once an appropriate candidate has been selected we are then able to offer training either on or off site to bring any candidate up to speed before they face any customers.
